George Osborne Lifts VAT

Illustrated evidence here, that George Osborne has lifted the VAT to 20%, a huge 2.5% increase. People are very angry.

I overheard your average man on the street yesterday saying, "I don't get it, If I want to buy some materialistic goods that I don't really need, like a flat screen plasma TV, I should not be charged extra. The country has gone to pot". And with that he stormed into Thomas Cook to book a cruise.

Is This Cool ?

This is my homage to the hash key/pound sign/number sign.

The hash key has never had it so good, since the invention of trending on twitter. The 'hashtag' or '#' makes things trendy apparently, wether it be the word 'Potato' or 'Gordon Ramsey getting held at gun point'.

Just put a # infront of your topic and its automatically trendy and worth tweeting about. Its the most fashionable piece of general typography at the moment,and so vogue right now.

Switzerland's Woman Power

This is an illustration I have done in response to an article in The Independent I read, a couple of months ago. I found it quite interesting that Switzerland, have joined other European Countries by having a majority female cabinet. The Spice Girls would be proud. The article can be found here.
